Yes done it many times. Fishing trips, hiking, camping, hunting and many more.
Yes, I've had to do this on camping trips.
Have done this. At camping area in the bush as toilets were unusable so had to make a plan. Have not done this infront of anybody though.
I have done this. In fact, I have gone outside just for the purpose of taking a crap. I've even done it once or twice with someone watching, just because I could. And as far as wiping, I just did the best I could until I got back inside and went to the bathroom to clean up.
