Since if I'm wearing anything at all around the house it's usually at most a robe with empty pockets, so this dare for me just means: get naked.

I rarely wear more than 5 pieces of clothing.

I didn't bother wearing anything other than my usual one pair of shoes.

I rolled 6 5 5 4 = naked for an hour.  I spent part of the time getting nude pictures taken of me for other dares (including naked outside), this one is on my bed.

Strip completely and run through all the rooms in the house/building. If the building has 3 or less rooms, then go around the edge of each room.
