Get in your car with at least one other person and drive to your starting place. Once there, strip completely naked and just start driving. You can go anywhere you want and you can drive for as long as you want, as long as it's over 5 minutes. Make it more challenging by having the person you're with set a place that you're really afraid to drive to because you might get seen. If you make it that far, they have to do any dare you pick! Whenever you get back to you're starting place, you may put your clothes back on.

My friend and I were out driving around one night and he dared me to do this dare.  We started at a hotel parking lot where I got completely naked.  I was freaking out that someone was going to see me but he told me just to keep going and as long as we didnt have to completely stop for any long period of time that I would be fine and no one would see me.  So we leave the parking lot and I start driving.  We drove around for like 10 - 15 minutes and we're starting to go back to where we started.  When we were almost back, he told me if I would drive into one of the restaurant parking lots in town he would do any dare I wanted.  I was already really freaking out that someone would see me, but somehow I got the courage and did it.  I wont say what dare he had to do.. haha that takes the fun out of it.

So I dont know if this will count but I actually did this dare but I couldnt get a good picture of me doing it so I just took this picture.  I found the whole trick to this is to push it on the far edge of the seat. it is longer but it saves it from falling it!
