Because my friends and I were so bad at poker, we (thankfully) came up with the idea of playing strip spoons.  Much like the game of spoons how it works is that instead of getting a letter or losing the game per say, whoever doesn't get a spoon has to take off a piece of clothing.  It's a lot more fun in some ways because of how violent things can get (people REALLY want to keep those last few pieces of clothing =P) and because you can conspire with other people to level the playing field or make the game more interesting.
